1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using UM Printables (https://umprintables.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

2. Digital products

All products sold on UM Printables are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical items will be shipped. After successful payment, you will receive a secure download link valid for 24 hours. You can also re-download from your account page for up to 7 days (maximum 5 downloads per order).

3. License — personal/classroom use

When you purchase a product, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licenseto use the resource for:

• Personal use (in your own home or homeschool)
• Single-classroom use (one teacher, one classroom)
• Printing copies for your own students

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the PDF (digitally or in print) with other teachers, schools, or online groups
• Upload the file to any shared drive, website, or platform (including school websites, Google Classroom for non-students, file-sharing sites)
• Use the resource commercially (e.g., as part of a paid tutoring service beyond your own students)
• Claim the resource as your own work or remove copyright/watermark notices
• Modify the resource and redistribute it

4. Pricing and taxes

All prices are listed in USD with INR equivalent shown for reference. The final amount charged is in Indian Rupees (INR) at the live exchange rate at the time of checkout, rounded to the nearest ₹10. For customers in India, 18% GST is added to the sale price. For customers outside India (exports), no GST is applied. Prices may change at any time without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express), net banking, and popular wallets. Your payment is confirmed instantly and your download link becomes available immediately.

6. Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads that cannot be "returned," all sales are final and no refunds are offered. Please review the product description, preview PDF, and images carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue (e.g., the download link is broken or the PDF is corrupted), contact us at hello@umprintables.com within 7 days and we will resolve it.

7. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. We use passwordless email OTP login, so anyone with access to your email inbox can sign in to your account — please secure your email accordingly.

8. Intellectual property

All content on UM Printables — including product PDFs, descriptions, blog posts, images, logo, and website design — is owned by UM Printables and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

UM Printables is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
